It starts long before installation
Every ice rink project is different. Location, dimensions, configuration, logistics and timing all determine what is needed on site. That is why preparation starts well before our equipment leaves the warehouse.
Project requirements are translated into a detailed setup, bringing together the right ice rink elements, equipment and logistics for each individual project.
This preparation helps our teams and partners work efficiently once everything arrives on site.
Preparing the ice rink systems
At the heart of our mobile ice rinks is Ice-World’s foldable aluminium system. During the preparation phase, the required elements are assembled, checked and prepared for transport.
Because the system is modular, different elements can be combined to create ice rinks in a wide variety of dimensions and configurations. Its foldable design also allows for compact transportation — an important advantage when hundreds of ice rink elements are travelling to projects during a busy winter season.
Ready for efficient installation
Preparation in Soest and execution on site go hand in hand.
Once delivered, the pre-assembled aluminium elements can be unfolded, positioned and connected efficiently. This reduces the amount of work required on location and allows our teams to focus on creating the right conditions for a reliable ice installation.
From a city centre ice rink to a winter attraction at a leisure destination or an international event, the same principle applies: good preparation makes a difference on site.
Ready for another winter
Over the coming weeks, more and more systems will leave Soest and make their way to winter destinations across different countries. Behind every shipment is a team preparing, checking and coordinating the details needed for the project ahead.
Because a successful winter season starts long before the first ice is made.
