The Ice-World mobile ice hockey rink meets all requirements of the official IIHF rules and regulations without burdening the investors or community with the high costs of a permanent ice arena. The rink is delivered complete with cooling equipment, referee and player boxes, penalty boxes and internationally recognised pitch-lines.

By using Ice-World’s patented aluminium components it is possible to create an ice rink of any size. An ice temporary ice arena as replacement of current ice rink in Brixton

In Brixton, South London, the old ice rink was torn down as part of broader development plans for the area. The authorities decided to go for an temporary ice facility of Losberger de Boer and Ice-World to meet the ice needs toof the figure skaters, ice hockey teams and recreational users. The overal structure of the Brixton ice rink was 33 meters by 66 meters.

The surroundings were also taken into consideration. To prevent noise nuisance, the walls were constructed using high density panels. Further, ultra-quiet compressors were used. On a special request, the wall panels were produced in the colours yellow, green, blue, so that the ice arena would fit more naturally into the streetscape.
