AntwerpProactio carried out the daily management of the ice rink in 2004 on the Grote Markt in Antwerp. At the end of 2004, Ice-World installed a magnificent ice rink of 600 m2 on the Grote Markt of Antwerp, in the splendid historical setting of Antwerp city centre. The daily running was carried out successfully by the Antwerp management agency Proactio, in which a permanent team of over 25 specialised personnel were implemented. Over more than 30 days of opening, from 12 noon to 10 p.m., the ice rink was visited by no fewer than 25,000 people or almost 1,000 visitors a day. During some mornings the ice rink was also rented by Antwerp schools. As a result of a well thought out organisation structure both the ticket office management, skate rental and the general security were managed correctly, to the great satisfaction of the client, the city of Antwerp.
